Restaurant Spotlight: Moose's Tooth

Instead of entering the corporate world, Rod Hancock and Matt Jones decided to join forces and create the Moose's Tooth Pub and Pizzeria. The 30-table restaurant provides a place for those looking to unwind, enjoy great pizza and good beer. Even though the two men were warned about the location they chose, they moved ahead with it and found success.

Many restaurants had failed in the same location before they choose to enter the area. However, they have found success with their spot. Here's what you will find at the Moose's Tooth.

The Menu

With plenty of fine ingredients put into their hand-tossed and stone-baked pizzas, there's something for everybody on the menu. Some of the favorite items include:

  • Mozzarella Beak Sticks
  • Chicken Wings
  • Nashville Nachos
  • Homemade Soups
  • The Philly Cheesesteak
  • Spicy Chicken Picante Pizza
  • Chicken Parmesan Pizza
  • High Protein Land Pizza
  • Santa's Little Helper Pizza
  • And More!

There are dozens of specialty pizzas and you can even make your own. Choose from vegetable, chicken, seafood or meat specialty pizzas or create your own with many different toppings to choose from.

They also offer a number of desserts, salads and other items.

The Beer

Along with the pizza, you will find plenty of great beer from the Broken Tooth Brewing Company, which is their own brewing company. They provide more than 40 draft beers and two sodas they make in the brewery for you to enjoy. Some of the top choices include:

  • Bear Tooth Ale
  • Fairweather IPA
  • Hard Apple Ale
  • Hefeweizen
  • Pipeline Stout
  • Prince William Porter
  • And Many More!

They offer plenty of small batch and seasonal brews, as well. You can enjoy a pint in the restaurant or take a growler home with you.
